The flexible workspace provider is expanding its footprint across key business markets as companies increasingly seek office space across multiple cities.

91Springboard has launched five premium workspace hubs across Chennai, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and the National Capital Region, adding over 8,000 seats.

Flexible workspace provider 91Springboard has launched five new premium hubs across Chennai, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and the National Capital Region (NCR), adding more than 3.6 lakh sq ft of workspace and over 8,000 seats to its portfolio.

Commenting on the expansion, Anshu Sarin, CEO of 91Springboard, said, “Enterprise growth in India is becoming increasingly multi-city, and that is reshaping the role of workspace. The recent expansion is part of our efforts to support businesses at different stages of expansion.”

Speaking to businessline, Sarin said the company is targeting approximately 5 lakh sq ft of expansion in FY27, translating to around 8–10 hubs and 11,000–12,000 seats. The plan includes the five newly launched hubs across Chennai, MMR and NCR.

The company achieved its planned 5 lakh sq ft expansion in FY26, with all assets added during the year now operational, Sarin said. It currently manages approximately 21 lakh sq ft, of which 17.5 lakh sq ft is operational. The remaining 3.5 lakh sq ft is undergoing fit-outs and is expected to become operational by the next quarter.

91Springboard has a presence across nine cities, with 49 hubs, a national portfolio of 21 lakh sq ft and 42,000 seats.

Chennai accounts for two of the five new hubs, expanding the company’s presence in a key South Indian market. In North India, the company has strengthened its presence in New Delhi and Gurugram with new premium hubs at Prius Platinum in Saket and DLF Epitome in Cyber City, respectively.
